Insomnia Treatment
Occasional problems falling or staying asleep are not always a cause for concern. However, for many, sleepless nights, groggy mornings, and chronic exhaustion become part of the daily routine. Many people have tried seemingly everything, including medications, but the problems persist. Unfortunately, most popular remedies do not actually treat clinical insomnia or the underlying factors that are disrupting your body's sleep/wake cycle.
Dr. Kelemen specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-i), a brief (~6 session), gold-standard, evidence-based treatment that addresses the root causes of your insomnia.
PTSD Treatment
Life after trauma, no matter how long it has been, can feel like an uphill battle. If you have been through trauma in your life, and life has not felt quite the same, you are absolutely not alone.
Dr. Kelemen provides a safe, empathic, confidential space to explore your past in a meaningful way, at your own pace. Dr. Kelemen offers trauma-focused therapy, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Written Exposure Therapy (WET).
Weight Management
Dr. Kelemen specializes in working with individuals managing overweight and obesity. Obesity is a chronic, relapsing disease that is multi-factorial and progresses due to a large variety of factors. In addition to biological and physical health factors, managing weight and related concerns can greatly overlap with our thoughts, feelings, motivations, and behaviors.

Dr. Kelemen offers a wealth of knowledge around the psychology of gambling behaviors and addiction, and provides one-on-one treatment and support.
